18 Juli-- Day 24

I was completely wiped. After class, which I barely made it through, me and a friend went to get brunch. I woke up too late for a real breakfast, as did she. So we got brunch that his place... I believe it was called "Poshkin", or something equally Slavic. I had eggs for the first time in a week, and french toast. She also had the french toast... didn't even realize that we ordered the same meal. It was positively delicious, not gonna lie. I could have sworn that I did the proper Asian thing and took a photo of my food... but I guess not. Here's the park at the U-bahn station where we got off.

I went back home. I took a little bike riding detour for about an hour, where I went west and sort of poked around (on a bike a little too big for me, so not very gracefully) and then got lost until I found my way home. It was originally gonna be me just taking a triangle shaped detour to get home, and discover what's to the west. Instead, I ended up going for a cute 3 mile bike ride. Here's a photo that I didn't take of the S-Bahn station near my house.

Then I went home, promptly fell asleep while trying to do homework, and did nothing of interest for the rest of the day. These kids were visiting, and I didn't even realize they were there until they were gone. Really tiny kids- I think 4 and 6. They went looking for the kitty cat, who was sleeping by me, and when they saw my foot sticking out over the edge of the bed they freaked out and ran away apparently. I'd rather think that they thought I was dead than that I have a really weird scary foot (sorry. grammar.) ... but who really knows, right?
